About Me

I have been in the Healthcare recruiting space for over a decade. I have extensive experience sourcing candidates and have a proven track record of working both with candidates as well as hiring managers, CEO’s Clinical Directors, and Founders.  For the past 4 years, I have worked with healthcare startup companies working arm and arm with them and their teams to support their hiring efforts and in return grow their company.

Prior to Healthcare Recruiting, I have done full-life cycle IT recruiting as well as Healthcare IT recruiting. I have owned two prior companies and have a knack for working with hiring managers and Founders directly and matching them with not only qualified candidates but candidates that are a good match for their companies’ culture.

Over the years I have been able to pivot and adapt to industry demands and changes, and today I feel I have the perfect win/win situation for both you and your company as well as me and my company.

My Approach

My model is a bit different from a traditional recruiting firm.  I work with start-up companies who have many or ongoing provider needs in order to grow their business.  When we determine that we are a good fit for each other, I jump in with both feet.  You will be able to consider me a part of your team.  I will be there to support you and your team in whatever manner you need with respect to recruitment.  I only work with 2 clients at a time, therefore, having the time needed to get the job done.

Here we will get to know each other, learn about each others backgrounds, goals, and needs, and then determine if we are a good fit to work together.

Sign a Service Aggreement

Next, we will sign a Service Agreement that I will provide to you, to be sure we are on the same page as well as make our time together binding.

Get to Work

Finally, I get to work.  I will  schedule an in-depth call with you and your team to learn as much as I possibly can about your requirements and the culture of your company, as well as what your ideal candidate looks like.  I will begin outreach and qualification process and provide you with a steady stream of qualified candidates.
